Children in Distress, is a small charity registered in the United Kingdom. Today CID UK and its partner programmes care directly for over 2500 infants, children and young people;however through advocacy, education and training this little charity reaches out to change the lives of tens of thousands of children offering them the chance today of a better tomorrow
Nordoff Robbins
Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy is a charitable foundation which provides music therapy for children and adults in need, training for people who want to become music therapists or further their education, research, and fundraising for the charity. Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy provides therapy throughout the UK and across the world.
Strathcarron Hospice
Strathcarron is situated in the heart of Stirlingshire in Central Scotland and serves the communities throughout the Forth Valley NHS Board. Strathcarron Hospice are committed to the provision of specialist palliative care to patients with active progressive illness and the support of their families. Care is provided free and referrals to the hospice come from general practitioners and hospital consultants.
