Competition is open to anyone living or working in Scotland aged between 16 - 24. First phase judging will be judge on submitted menus. Second phase judging will be judged on a cook off at the Jefferson Restaurant, Kilmarnock. During the second phase judging the complete menu must be cooked within a 2 hour time period. Main ingredients must be of Scottish origin. The judges descision is final.
